Tiffany Simmons: Meeting the needs of Illinois children and families

Tiffany SimmonsChild Focused; Family Friendly; Fair to Providers; and Accountable. These principles drive the work of Community Child Care Connection (CCCC), our communities’ child care resource and referral agency. At CCCC, our goal is to ensure that our entire community cares about our earliest learners, our children, as well as the families and early childhood professionals working every day to provide safe, healthy environments where children can thrive.

As administrators of the Child Care Assistance Program, we take great pride in bridging families from crisis situations into a life of self-sufficiency. To achieve this we employ consultants and eligibility specialists who work diligently to identify, then meet the needs of the families served within the nine-county region including Christian, Logan, Macoupin, Mason, Menard, Montgomery, Morgan, Sangamon and Scott Counties. CCCC promotes a culture of servant leadership as well as continuous quality improvement for all.
