ReUnited Holiday Cheer Delivery
Nothing can bring a smile or joy to person more than receiving an unexpected card from a friend or neighbor. During a time when we can’t all be together, you can help bring joy to a senior in our community through our ReUnited Holiday Cheer Card Delivery.
United Way has teamed up with local programs and retirement communities to bring a little joy to our community’s seniors, many of whom have endured months without seeing their friends and loved ones in-person.
Two Ways you can help:
A) Holiday Card Drop-Off
- Grab a stack of cards and download a list of names here. Please note, to protect the privacy of residents and clients, only the first names have been shared.
- Write your cards.
- Drop off your personalized holiday cards at the United Way of Central Illinois office by 12:00p.m. on December 21st. Cards can be dropped off at 1999 Wabash, Suite 107, Springfield.
B) Virtual Holiday Card

- Type your message of support. Remember to keep it positive, offer encouragement and show compassion.
- You can submit multiple times if personalizing to the list
- Submit on that page
After your submission is complete, we will print the cards with your personal message is script, personalize them and deliver to a senior living facilities in our community.
All cards/letters are printed with a base message: “Wishing you a happy and healthy holiday season.”
Cards and messages will be delivered the week of December 21st.
